This page describes the data handling configured for the current Approve SEO publication. It is an operational description, not a claim of compliance with every privacy law.
Information you submit
The contact form requests your name, email address, subject and message. We use those details to review and respond to your enquiry, investigate corrections or assess a proposed partnership. Please do not submit sensitive information or credentials.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are saved privately in this site’s WordPress database and are available to authorized site administrators. The configured retention period is 180 days. A daily WordPress scheduled task removes older submissions when the site’s scheduled tasks run; deletion can be delayed if scheduled execution is interrupted. Hosting backups may retain earlier copies under the host’s retention arrangements, which have not yet been verified.
Abuse prevention
The form uses a keyed hash derived from the request IP address for a short rate-limiting window of approximately 15 minutes. The application uses this value to limit repeated submissions. This is separate from any network or security logs maintained by the hosting provider.
Email and service providers
Contact-form email notifications are disabled until email delivery has been verified. The site is hosted through InstaWP during this build. The hosting provider processes requests to deliver and protect the website. The details and retention periods of host-level access and security logs have not yet been confirmed. We will update this description when that configuration is verified.
Analytics, advertising and cookies
We have not installed third-party audience analytics or advertising trackers for this edition. We do not currently collect newsletter subscriptions. WordPress may use functional cookies for authorized administrator login and related site operations. Features added later will be reviewed and this page updated to reflect their data handling.
Your enquiries about data
Use the contact form to ask about information you previously submitted or to request correction or deletion. Include enough context to locate the message without sending additional sensitive information. We may need to verify that the request concerns your own information. Applicable rights and obligations depend on the circumstances and jurisdiction.

Linked websites have their own practices. This policy describes our site, not those external services. We will revise it when our collection, retention or service configuration changes materially.
